OVERVIEW:
Responsibilities are to teach students the skills needed to work in healthcare organizations, hospitals, clinics, medical offices and health maintenance organizations. This program covers areas such as:
The role of the faculty is to effectively communicate with the students and help them achieve their educational goals.
Faculty at Glendale Career College are responsible for supporting student success by creating an optimum learning environment, responding to student needs, managing effective instructional activities, developing curriculum courses, modeling employability skills, demonstrating professionalism, developing cooperative work relationships with other faculty and staff, supporting college administrative requirements, and maintaining competency in their instructional field. He/she will be responsible for quality instruction and for effective participation of the students.
The faculty maximizes retention of students toward the completion of their programs and provides a fostering and proper educational environment so that the students may derive the maximum benefits from the program for which they are enrolled in.
