POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Liaison is a full time salaried position, with a salary based on experience, and medical benefits package. As a Clinical Liaison, you will have the opportunity to regularly call on health care professionals (physicians, hospitals, etc.) within a specific geographic area that will establish relationships to acquire affiliations with our Medical Programs such as Vocational Nursing Programs, Surgical Technology Programs and Diagnostic Medical Sonography Programs, etc.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Services as an educational resource for our students in their healthcare profession in a clinical site in a rotation for our students. 
• Build sales relationships by daily interactions with Hospitals and physicians.
• Maintain sales territory in order to meet goals. Must be comfortable with sales techniques such as cold calling and contact planning and scheduling visits to facilities.
• Demonstrated success in clinical settings selling skills.
• Ability to multi-task and oversee functions at multiple facilities on a daily basis.
• Ability to work independently and in any setting towards meeting established objectives.
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with Doctors and office staff at all levels with the appropriate action in existing and new referral source.
• Will contact Acute Care facilities or have dealt with acute.

QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare building business relations.
• Experienced with sales/marketing with a proven track record of success. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•  Computer Skills; Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare preferred.
• Must have 3 - 5 years successful hospital sales /marketing experience. Candidates with a strong hospital sales/marketing background preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% or more.
