Description
Nevada Career Institute is part of a stable and growing system of nine campuses in California and Nevada, which is a leader in Medical Career Training since 1966.
Our everyday mission is to train students in short term programs for gainful employment.
Currently is seeking a candidate who would be responsible for teaching/instructing adult learners Life Skills, Math, English and Medical Terminology. This individual should also be able to instruct and monitor students while in their typing class.
POSITION TITLE: SOS Instructor for Vocational School
SCHEDULE & HOURS: Monday - through - Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and then Monday - through - Thursday 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. 32 hours
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:- Strong written and verbal communications skills required.
- Strong Math and English Skills.
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have previous teaching experience
