Success Education Colleges is seeking a highly skilled construction worker with experience in completing renovations, remodels, and property maintenance. Must have own tools, reliable transportation, and knowledge of EVERY trade on the job site.

Duties and Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• Building walls
• Re-pipe systems
• Install doors, cabinets, fixtures and flooring
• Install outlets
• Paint and repair interior and exterior walls and cabinets
• Set-up and install computer cables as directed
• Install and repair computer outlets
• Repair and relocate light fixtures
• Change faucets, and toilets
• Responds to problems relating to operations functions; troubleshoots as needed and coordinates resolution of same.
• Participates in maintaining and accurate inventory of facilities equipment and furnishings.
• Strong administrative skills
• A basic knowledge of department policies and procedures
• Ability to work effectively as a team player
• Ability to be flexible and work in a changing environment
